Dear Sir,

Greetings!

This is to respectfully request a non-quota immigrant visa under Section 13, paragraph
A of the Philippine Immigration Act, as amended, in favor of Can Feyzioglu.

I, Can Feyzioglu, the applicant, and a Turkish National, and Vendell Vitto-
Feyzioglu, the petitioner, and a Filipino citizen, would like to apply for the amendment
from provisionary to permanent non-quota immigrant visa by marriage.

We were married in Quezon City, Philippines on April 25, 2019 and we are both
residents of Manila.

Enclosed here are the copies of the following documents to prove the above-cited
information:

1. Petitioner’s PSA-issued Birth Certificate;


2. The spouses’ PSA-issued Marriage Certificate;
3. Photocopies of the pertinent pages of the applicant’s passport:
a) bio-page;
b) page/s showing:
b1. his immigration admission and its extension/s;
4. Duly accomplished CGAF-001-Rev 1;
5. Valid National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance;
