in Philippine Consulate General, Hong Kong in 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong;
5. Photocopy of the pertinent pages of my foreign spouse’s passport:
a) bio-page
b) page(s) showing latest admission with valid authorized stay and
6. BI Clearance Certificate
