Dear Commissioner:

May I respectfully request a non-quota immigrant visa under Section 13,


paragraph A of the Philippine Immigration Act as amended, in favor of my
foreign spouse, Brian Keith Holden, an American national. I am Lowela
Recamara Holden, a Philippine citizen. We were married in McAlester,
Oklahoma, United States of America on January 6, 2007.

I am enclosing here copies of the following documents to prove my above


cited information:

1. My PSA - issued Birth Certificate


2. Our PSA - issued Marriage Contract
3. Photocopy of the pertinent pages of our passports
4. Valid NBI Clearance
