J. Kelly Nestruck Globe and Mail Carrie-Anne Moss, a new addition this season as a former East German spy, manages to elicit so much as a smile from a script crammed with leaden exposition and wan one-liners. Jun 12, 2025 Full Review Keith Watson Daily Telegraph (UK) You get long Arnie-less stretches filled with a carnival of back-up characters who do their best to patch together what feels like five TV shows all going on everywhere, all at once. Rated: 2/5 Jun 12, 2025 Full Review Mini Anthikad-Chhibber The Hindu Relying heavily on ‘Total Recall’ of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s earlier movie successes, the second season of ‘Fubar’ is fun for Carrie-Anne Moss’s turn as an East German spy, and a cute piglet called Hamsteak Jun 15, 2025 Full Review Joel Keller Decider FUBAR continues to be a stupid good time, and we love it when Arnold doesn’t take himself seriously in a role. Jun 12, 2025 Full Review Ed Power iNews.co.uk Fubar is back for a second round of campy bad guy bashing - and Arnie is as delightful as ever. Rated: 4/5 Jun 12, 2025 Full Review Kate Sánchez But Why Tho? A Geek Community FUBAR Season 2 captures exactly what made the previous season so exciting. Better yet, it understands why it worked before to make a second season that absolutely thrills Jun 12, 2025 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member The title is an apt description. Arnie is past his prime. Horrible acting. Carrie Ann Moss is a misfit because the rest of the cast, script, and action are so below par. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 06/15/25 Full Review Aye E This is a pretty light and fluffy show considering how simplistic the plots, characters, and dialogue is, I'd almost say it was a kids show if it wasn't so violent and full of sexual jokes. Everything is spelled out to the audience, so there's no shorthand lingo or references that aren't explained. It's always fun seeing Arnie and the cast is a nice back-up for him, especially Fortune Feimster. For some reason I was more charmed by season 1. But I still love all of the silly references to Arnold's past movies. I wonder how many caught the Conan the Barbarian reference? Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/15/25 Full Review Audience Member Fubar is exactly what I expected and wanted out of this genre. Fun and silly. The whole thing is light hearted and packs lots of action and fight scenes. Arny is great as always and makes the whole thing work. The one liners are often very silly, telegraphed but generally just throwaway gags. I do find Roo a bit grating, a very 1 dimensional character delivering her lines with the same tone in every scene. All in all a fun romp. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 06/15/25 Full Review Kenneth S I enjoyed season 1, but Season 2 is a step up in every way. Great casting, great acting and a much more enjoyable story. Arnold is as captivating as ever. I highly recommend :) Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/14/25 Full Review Depechemark Not bad but also not good. Some of the cast is okay some of the cast is terrible. Really no chemistry between anyone. Arnold is funny with his lines of course, and there's a few funny lines here and there. The only really good character is Theodore Chips played by Guy Burnett... He's a riot and completely makes the series! The guy who plays the nerd tech guy is horrible...just because you look like one doesn't mean you can play one, or act for that matter. The character Donnie should have been written out of the show...not funny and does nothing to the story. Fortune Feimster is kind of funny but not believable as someone who could be in the CIA running and doing action things. She's going to have a heart attack. 🤣 And Jay Baruchel used to whiten his teeth. Gross. Don't know who did the casting but most of them should be replaced. Choices. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 06/14/25 Full Review Claude G Ok, so.. As good as Season 1 As corny But as fun to watch And finishes with some nice cliffhangers... For those of us who like this type of 80s and 90s show, we are well served. Looking forward to Season 3! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 06/15/25 Full Review Read all reviews
