SWOC ANALYSIS

Strength

RHU&TC is one of the most prestigious institute of health care training in

India. Their unique way and advance training methods adds perfection to
them. They cover a waste area and provide health care services to
Singur which has provided them a strong support and acceptance from
the community. Their work is being recognized by all community leaders
and community gets involved in their health care activities with full zeal
and zest.

Weakness

RHU&TC covers a large area of 64Sq.km but they lack staff as per the
requirements. The public health Nurses and Healthcare workers and
training staff is not adequate as per the norms thus few of them are
overburdened. This sometime causes lack of follow up or
documentations.

Opportunity

RHU&TC is a great Institute in itself and gives vast experience to the

students coming there for teaching and learning purpose. RHU&TC
gives the live example of how primary health care and health for all
principles are followed and how the training is conducted. The water
purification and other units of RHU&TC provides working models and
hence builds the firm base of knowledge for the learners coming to the
institutes. RHU&TC gives abroad spectrum for research and project in
the area. They promote and fund various community researches.
