SUBJECT : Spot Report on Rape

DATE : September 12, 2011

1. At on or about 1000H of August 31, 2021, I, PAT Shella Marie C. David


received a report about a rape case at Ma. Jesusa Subd, Brgy Pooc Binan
City Laguna.

2. In reference above, I, together with the team led by SPO1 Edgar Bagang
and PO2 Bianca David WCPD PNCO left the police station and went to
verify the report and conduct an investigation.

3. Initial Investigation disclosed that at on or about 2100H of August 30, 2021


in Sta. Filomena Public Cemetery, Maissy Sobrecasay, victim, 14 years
old was raped by 8 suspects namely Benjie Cornejo, Mark Anthony
Capinay, Ronnie Laureola, Victorino Hornillas, Wilfredo HIcana, Lawrence
Desa, Mcboy Servantes and “PAOPAO”. The victim went to a birthday
party and was given an alcohol drink that caused her to feel dizzy and
passed out. She woke up several times and in those time she had seen
Mark Capina on top of her and Benjie Cornejo near her head. She beg
the men to let her home but the suspects said that to have one more with
the then birthday boy Mark Capina.

4. According to a witness Christian, these men planned where would they do


the crime. The care taker testified that he had not seen anyone coming in
the cemetery but noticed the metal barriers on the wall broken.

5. Currently, Mark Capinay and Benjie Cornejo are in the custody of Binan
City Police Station.
6. Progress report will follow
