Re Violation of R.A 7659 Robbery

1. Respectfully referred to your good office for further investigation and proper
disposition the herein case for violation of R.A 7659 Robbery that transpired at about
2:45PM of February 14, 2023 along #55 Daang Hari, Perpetual Village Brgy. South
Daang Hari, Taguig City.

SUSPECT:
A.) Feliciano Aldrin Magalim y Cruz, Filipino, male, 26 years old, single, high school,
born on February 16, 1997 in Kalinga Province and resident of No. 45 Sitio De Asis, Brgy.
Tanyag Taguig City.

RECOVERED/SEIZED EVIDENCE:
a) One (1) laptop.
b) One (1) butterfly knife.
c) Two (2) pcs. Of Php 1000 paper bill.

ARRESTING OFFICER/S: PSSg O’niel Malatbalat, PCpl Rjay Kenneth Fejedoro and
PCpl Jhon Mark Pedraza both personnel of Sub-station 8, Taguig City Police Station.

FACTS OF THE CASE: Initial investigation disclosed that on the given TSPO, personnel
of Sub-Station 8 led by PMAJ JOSEPH C INOMIS Sub-Station 8 commander, together
with the arresting officers that received a report from Duty Desk Officer regarding the
alleged violation of 7659 at the aforementioned place of incident wherein suspect caught
in the act that resulted in his arrest. Suspect was apprised of their constitutional rights in
language/dialect they fully understood but opted to remain silent.
