Progressreport Stabbing

This memorandum provides a progress report on an alleged stabbing incident in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. 2. On March 26, 2015, 6:00 AM, Ramil Hernandez Ballesteros, male, single, 20
years old, and a resident of 50 National Hi-way, Brgy. San Antonio, Los Baños,
Laguna reported personally the alleged stabbing incident at the PCP Brgy. San
Antonio, Los Baños, Laguna.

3. This was pertains to the alleged stabbing incident, where Investigation


conducted disclosed that the unidentified suspect who was wearing a black polo
shirt with his fan knife (balisong) who left immediately on foot to unknown
direction. The suspect stabbed the chest of the victim resulting in his
instantaneous death. Victim brought to the nearest hospital, Health Serv- Los
Baños for his medical treatment but the attending physician declared the victim
“dead on arrival”.

4. In the initial investigation police gathered information about the suspect and he
was identified as Mario Agdeppa Sta. Clara, male, single, 22 years old, call
center agent, and a resident of 57 Rizal St., Brgy. Pulo, Cabuyao City, Laguna
with the height of 5’7 and weight of 70 kgs.

5. The suspect was arrested during the manhunt operation conducted by the
operatives of the LBMPS and he is now under the custody of the Los Baños
Municipal Police Station.
6. The victim was brought to the PNP Crime Laborator, PRO4A, Camp Vicente
Lim for autopsy and it was found that the victim sustained five (5) wounds in the
chest causing his instantaneous death.
