SUBJECT : Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident

DATE : November 30, 2020

1. This has reference to Memorandum Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident dated
November 30, 2022

2. Please be informed that on or about November 30, 2020 around 8:20 PM, a
telephone call received from the Citizen that there was shooting incident
transpired in front of Imus Pilot Elementary School located in Imus, Cavite

3. As a result, The victim was identified as one Justin Miranda y Peralta 20


years old, single, a college student of University of The Philippines and a
resident of Palico 4, 254 Zaragoza Compound City of Imus, Cavite revealed
that the victim was walking in front of school when a unidentified gunman
walking around him and suddenly stopped and shot the victim 1 time in the
Head. The unidentified suspect Run towards north direction after. The victim
was declared death on the spot

4. The suspect, Carlo Jose Mendoza is currently detained at Imus City Police
Station and a case of Murder in violation of Article 250 of the Revised Penal
Code is pending for trial.

5. The case is already Filed at Branch 2 of Cavite City Regional Trial Court.
6. Final report will follow.
