1. What: Vehicular Accident (Self Crashed)

2. Where: Along National Highway, Barangay 4, Roxas, Palawan.

3. When: March 18, 2018 at about 10:30 AM.

4. Who: Involved parties were identified as Keith Gayen Rafols, 21 years old,
single, jobless, no driver’s license, driver of one (1) unit black Motorstar Star-X 155 with
sidecar (topdown), no license plate attached, owned by Vivian Caballero, together with
his passenger identified as Arnold Beronio Bilandres, 18 years old, single, student,
Renz Kenneth Rafols Abello, 15 years old, student and Gerald Rafols Arquiza, 13
years old, student, all residents of said place.

5. How: Investigation disclosed that the said vehicle was traversing in the
aforementioned place (North to South direction) loaded with a Videoke machine owned
by certain Maribel Garnado. Upon reaching the place of accident while driving fast, the
driver loss his control over the vehicle, overshoots to the other side of the road and fell
into a cliff. As a result, the driver and his passengers sustained injuries in different parts
of their bodies and rushed by the responding personnel of Rescue 165 to Roxas
Medicare Hospital for medical treatment. The motorcycle incurred damages while the
Videoke machine was totally wrecked. The vehicle is presently under the temporary
custody of Roxas MPS for further investigation. Investigator on case is PO2 Mark Alvin

1. What: Vehicular Accident (Self Crashed)

2. Where: Along Provincial Road, Purok Mangisngisda, Barangay San Isidro,

San Vicente, Palawan.

3. When: March 18, 2018 at about 11:30 AM.

4. Who: The victim was identified as Pablo Balderama Martinez Jr., 60 years
old, farmer, owner and driver of one (1) unit black RUSI Motorcycle, no license plate
attached, engine number RF152FMHMP083478, chassis number
RFKXCJL42GA083478 and a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Alimanguan of said
municipality.

5. How: At about 12:45 PM of March 18, 2018, San Vicente MPS received
cellphone call regarding the said incident. Investigation disclosed that the vehicle was
traversing from Barangay San Isidro to Barangay Alimanguan of said municipality. Upon
reaching the place of accident at the curved portion of the road, the driver overshoots,
lost control of his motorcycle and bumped to the Mangium tree at the left side of the
road. As a result, the driver sustained fatal injuries on his head that caused his
instantaneous death as proclaimed by the attending Physician Dr. Mercy Grace Sipole
Pablico, Municipal Health Office of San Vicente. The immediate family of the victim
refused to Post Mortem examination of the cadaver for it was purely accidental. The
motorcycle was properly turned-over to the family of the victim. Investigator on case is

2. Where: Along National highway, Barangay Mambalot, Brooke’s Point,

Palawan.

3. When: March 18, 2018 at about 2:40 PM.

4. Who: The involved parties were identified as Richard Abrea Dubria, 26 years
old, single, with Professional Driver’s License with number D1114001465 with restriction
code 1 and 2, driver of one (1) unit gray Toyota GL van with plate number AAD 5913
owned by Virgie Hulguin, resident of Barangay RioTuba, Bataraza, Palawan together
with his fourteen (14) passengers.

5. How: Investigation disclosed that said vehicle was traversing from Puerto
Princesa City going to Barangay Rio Tuba, Bataraza, Palawan (North to South
direction). Upon reaching the place of accident, the right rear tire suddenly explodes,
thus the driver lost control of his vehicle. At that juncture, the vehicle bumped to the
concrete barrier and crashed on the deep portion alongside of the road at the Sari-Sari
Store of certain Jelen Singueo. As a result, the roof of the said store was damaged and
the vehicle overturned while the driver including his five (5) passengers identified as
TSgt Jefferson Jackson Flauta PN, 42 years old, married, Ronnel Golez Sangilan, 44
years old, married, Jumrati Alieh Salleh, 23 years old, single, Maria Lourdes Mabella
Dela Vega, 32 years old, married and her daughter Shobemirea Mabella Dela Vega, 7
years old sustained minor injuries in different parts of their bodies and rushed to
Southern Palawan Provincial Hospital (SPPH) for medical treatment. The vehicle is still
in the area while the driver is presently under custody of Brooke’s Point MPS for proper
disposition. Investigator on case is PO3 Jay Pee B Maginifico with contact number

(Pedestrian), 6 years old, student and Jonathan Manalon Flores, 34 years old,
married, Pump Attendant, with Professional Driver’s License with number D11-15-
001362, driver of one (1) unit black Euro 150 motorcycle, no license plate attached and
both residents of said place.

5. How: At about 5:30 PM of March 18, 2018, one Roderick C Aborot appeared
to Roxas MPS and reported the incident wherein the victim was already brought to
Roxas Medicare Hospital by the driver of the motorcycle. Investigation disclosed that
the vehicle was traversing from Barangay San Jose, Roxas, Palawan to Barangay Port
Barton, San Vicente, Palawan (South to North direction). Upon reaching the place of
accident at the curved portion of the road, the pedestrian suddenly crossed the road
and was hit by the motorcycle. As a result, the victim sustained injury on his face while
the driver was unharmed. The vehicle is presently under the temporary custody of said
MPS for further investigation. Investigator on case is PO2 Mark Alvin V Barone with

1. What: Violation of RA 9165

2. Where: Barangay Poblacion 5, Coron, Palawan.

3. When: March 18, 2018 at about 11:00 PM

4. Who: The suspects were identified as Czar Villar alias Dong Bakla and
Daniel Mayo alias Kalib, both residents of said place.

5. How: Joint personnel of Coron MPS and 401st MC RMFB 4B conducted buy-
bust operation wherein the poseur buyer PO1 Renato T Silao was able to buy one (1)
piece of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance
believed to be shabu marked as DRS1 18 MARCH 18 from the suspect which resulted
to their arrest. In the follow up searched conducted the following items and properties
were confiscated in the possession of Czar Villar:

a. Three (3) pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline

substance believed to be shabu marked as DRS2 18 MAR 18,DRS3 18
MAR 18 and DRS4 18 MAR 18 all with signature;
b. Three (3) pieces of blue, orange and yellow disposable lighters marked as
DRS 5 18 MAR 18 with signature;
c. Three (3) pieces of open transparent plastic sachet with white crystalline
substance residue of believed to be shabu marked as DRS 6 18 MAR
18,DRS7 18 MAR 18,DRS 8 18 MAR 18 with signature;
d. One (1) piece of P500.00 marked money with serial number xv727338;
e. One (1) piece of P500.00 with serial number CP339339;
f. One(1) piece of P1,000.00 with serial number PW 866914;
g. Two (2) units of black QNET and HTC cellphones marked as DRS 9 18
MAR 18 and DRS 10 18 MAR 18 with signatures; and
h. One (1) piece of stainless scissors marked as DRS 11 18 MAR 18 with
signature.

Confiscated in the possession of Daniel Mayo were:

a. One (1) piece of plastic sachet with white crystalline substance believed to
be shabu marked as NES 1 18 MAR 18 with signature;
b. Two (2) pieces of oranges disposable lighters marked as NES 2 18 MAR
18 with signature.

6. The inventory and markings of the confiscated items were done in the crime
scene and was witnessed by the arrested suspects together with Barangay Captain
Lanie Lungay. The illegal drugs will be turned-over to the Palawan Provincial Crime
Laboratory Office for examination while the arrested suspects are presently under the
custody of Coron MPS for subsequent referral to the Palawan Provincial Prosecution
Office. Investigator on case is SPO1 Ferdinand D Dalabajan with contact number
