SUBJECT : Spot Report on Re-Stabbing Incident

DATE : January 1, 2018

1. Reference : Stabbing Incident Transpired on January 1, 2018 at Bar X,


Brgy. 123, Burgos St., Tacloban City

2. Initial investigation conducted by this office disclosed that OOA 9:30 o'clock
in the evening on January 1, 2018 the stabbing incident transpired. The
victim was identified as Pedro Santos, single, 27 years of age, laborer, a
resident of V&G Subdivision, Tacloban City. Pedro Santos was drunk when
he and Juan de la Cruz had an altercation which led to the stabbing of the
former.

3. Initial investigation/interview with the witness reveals that the victim


obtained two (2) stabbed wound to his different part parts of the body.
Based on follow-up investigation the suspect found out that is under the
influence of liquor of that said day. On the other hand, the victim was
immediately rushed to the Divine Word Hospial to undergo medical
treatment but the doctor declared him dead on arrival due to loss of blood.
Evidence recovered at the scene to wit:

i. Knife
ii. Blood Stain
iii. Saliva

4. Cadaver of the victim is now laying at St. Peter Funeral Parlor. The team
of PNP personnel of this office conducted Manhunt Operation for the
possible apprehension of the suspect. Progress report follows.
