I. Reference : PNP Blotter Entry Nos. 2021-06-2535 dated same as above;

II. Date/Time/Place: June 17, 2021 / OOA 4:00 PM/P-2 San Antonio, Tabaco City

III. Victim/s : People of the Philippines


Status : Unharmed

IV. Suspect/s : Salvador Flor y Miña, 67 years old (DOB: February 7, 2021-
Legazpi City, married and a resident of aforesaid place.

Status : Arrested and presently detained at TCPS custodial facility

V. Brief Narrative of the Incident:


At about 4:30 PM, June 17, 2021, intelligence operatives of this station conducted anti-
illegal gambling operation that resulted to the arrest of the above-named suspect while
collecting bets for illegal number games. Further, the suspect failed to present any authorization
to operate small time lottery in the City/Province. Seized from the possession of the suspect
were the following; a.) one (1) set of collection report form with written number combination b.)
one (1) black ballpen and c.) cash money amounting to Two Hundred Thirty-nine pesos
(Php239.00).

VI. Action Taken:


Suspect was apprised of his Constitutional Rights in Bicol dialect and subsequently
subjected to medico-legal examination prior to his detention.

VII. Remarks:
This station is now preparing pertinent documents for filing of criminal case against the
arrested suspect. Progress report to follow.
