2. Awarding of Certification for Top Performing Students
3. Distribution of Cards

The 2nd Parent-Teacher Conference was called to order at exactly 8:00 in the morning. It started with a
doxology lead by Ms. Sophia Ulan, student form Grade 8, followed by the singing of the Philippine
National Anthem. It was attended by the parents, students, faculty members, assistant principal and
school directress. To formally start the PTC, Dr. Maria Zenaida D. Clemente, school directress gave her
uplifting opening remarks.

First on the agenda was the Review of the Grading System. It was discussed by Ms. Daniza Erika
Andrada, elementary coordinator. She discussed the percentage of different area in each subject.

Next on the agenda was the Awarding of Certificates for the top performing students of elementary.

Lastly, the master of ceremony, Mrs. Rose Antonette O. Lora announced that cards will be distributed
through student’s Gmail account at 10:00AM onwards.

The meeting ended at 8:50AM.
