2. In connection with the above reference, please be informed that on


November 25, 2020 at around 8:30 in the morning, this Office in coordination with
MSWDO-Darat, Surigao, conducted distribution of basic goods such as rice,
noodles, among others, to ALLAN MAHINAY (PUPC) as a token of support to uplift
economic hardships during COVID-19 pandemic, prior his turn-over to BJMP Darat
District Jail on November 26, 2020 pursuant to Detention Order issued by Hon.
Paquito Pechay of MCTC Darat, Surigao, dated November 26, 2020.
