SUBJECT : Spot Report on Robbery

1. Reference: PS-7 Theft and Robbery Section Blotter Entry Nr. 003 and
Page Nr. 002 dated June 3, 2019.

2. This pertains to the alleged Robbery incident that transpired at about


2:00 o’ clock in the morning of June 3, 2019 at No.12 Sitio Valdez, Brgy San Rafael
Cubao, Quezon City wherein the victim was identified as Florante Ramos y Garcia @
“Akira”, gay, 22 years old, single and a resident of the aforementioned place perpetrated
by unidentified tricycle driver.

3. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 1:30 o’ clock in


the morning of same date, the victim together with his gay friend Justin Salazar @ “IWA”,
19 years old, single and a resident of Tondo, Manila left the former’s house to proceed at
7 - Eleven Convenience Store, Brgy Socorro, Quezon City. After eating their snack at the
said store, they boarded the aforesaid motorized tricycle on their way back to the victim’s
house.

4. When they arrived at their destination and after receiving the


passenger fare, said suspect suddenly grabbed the victim’s My Phone cellular phone
worth more or less Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 2,700.00) and immediately
sped away towards unknown direction on board his driven Kawasaki Bajaj motorized
tricycle bearing plate Nr. 3374 - OG with color yellow sidecar..
