A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR./MS. NOLI CRES L. COMA


AS NEW BARANGAY SECRETARY OF LUMIPAC IN PLACE OF MR./MS. ARNULFO L.
COMA AS THE LATTER TERMINATED HIS/HER SERVICES EFFECTIVE UPON THE
ISSUANCE OF THE TERMINATION ORDER DULY APPROVED BY THE SANGGUNIAN.

WHEREAS, the position of Barangay _SECRETARY__ was vacant due to the termination of
service of Mr/Ms.ARNULFO L. COMA duly approved by the sanggunian and this is to be filled up
the vacancy immediately;

WHEREAS, the appointment of Ms NOLI CRES L. COMA as endorsed and presented by


the Punong Barangay to the Sanggunian during the regular session for consideration;

WHEREAS, after a thorough discussion by this August Body, on joint sponsorship it was;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of Mr/Ms. NOLI CRES L.


COMA as New Barangay __SECRETARY__ of _LUMIPAC_;

RESOLVED finally that let this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Municipal Mayor,
Municipal Accountant, Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer
(DILG), and all others concerned for their information.
