*For Computer Engineering & Application Department:


A) Ph.D (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 80,000 – 1,00,000/- per Month.
B) Ph.D from NIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 1,10,000/- per Month.
C) Ph.D from IIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 1,20,000/- per Month.
D) Increments for extra SCI/ Scopus publication and teaching experience are also given asper
University norms.

*For Engineering Departments


E) Ph.D (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 70000/- per Month.
F) Ph.D from NIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 75000/- per Month.
G) Ph.D from IIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 85000/- per Month.
H) Increments for extra SCI publication and teaching experience are also given as per
University norms.
*For Management:-
A) Ph.D. (with at least TWO Scopus Publication): Around 85,000/- per Month.
B) Ph.D. from IIM/IIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication): Around 90,000/- per Month.
C) Increments for extra SCI publication and teaching experience are also given as per
University norms.

*Above salary structure will be decided based on the performance during personal
interview.

Industry best incentive structure to reward deserving employees for research publications, patents, conferences, seminars
& consultancy projects
