 Qualification & experience as per UGC and AICTE norms.

i. (Engg/Mgmt/Pharma)- 2 SCI as 1st Author and 4 SCI/SCPOUS as 2nd
author.
ii. (Basic Sciences/Humanities) – 3 SCI as 1st Author and 5 SCI/SCOPUS as
2nd author.
B. Associate Professor
iii. (Engg/Mgmt/Pharma)- 1 SCI as 1st Author and 3 SCI/SCPOUS as 2nd
author.
iv. (Basic Sciences/Humanities) – 2 SCI as 1st Author and 4 SCI/SCOPUS as
2nd author.

II. Assistant Professor (For Engineering, Management, Applied Sciences& Humanities,


Faculty of Agricultural Sciences, Institute of Pharmaceutical Research/Institute of
Legal Studies & Research):
• Qualification & experience as per UGC and AICTE norms.

Salary Structure

*For Computer Engineering & Application/Management :


Salary for Assistant Professor:-
A) Ph.D Awarded : Around 90,000 – 1,30,000/- per Month.
B) Only M.Tech : Around 50,000 – 90,000/- per Month.

Salary for Associate Professor:-


C) Ph.D Awarded : Around 1,30,000 – 1,80,000/- per Month.

Salary for Professor:-


D) Ph.D Awarded : Around 1,80,000 – 2,50,000/- per Month.
*For Electronics & Communication Department:
Salary for Assistant Professor:-

A) Ph.D (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 70000/- per Month.


B) Ph.D from NIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 75000/- per Month.
C) Ph.D from IIT (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 85000/- per Month.

*For Applied Sciences & Humanities/ Faculty ofAgricultural Sciences/ English/


Mathematics/Phyiscs/Institute of Legal Studies &Research
Salary for Assistant Professor:-

A) Ph.D (with at least TWO Scopus Publication):Around 55,000 - 65,000/- per Month.

*Above salary structure will be decided based on the performance during


technical/personal interview. Salary will be decided based on experience/ Institute of
Education. Higher start can be given to deserving candidates.

Industry Best Incentive Structure for Faculty Members for Regular Mode
Publication Incentive i. INR 1,25,000 for each SCI Q1 Journal – 1st Author
ii. INR 75,000 for each SCI Q2 journal
iii. INR 50,000 for each SCI Q3 journals
iv. Unpaid Scopus or Web of Science journals are
rewarded with INR 20,000 each
Consultancy Incentive 80% of the Amount
Patent Incentive Rs 01 Lakh on Grant and Rs 25K on Publishing
Attending Conference/Workshop/Seminar 15K per annum
Value Added Course 100% of the total fee

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SPECIALIZATION, EXPERIENCE – TECHNICAL POSITIONS :

I. Trainers (Technical) :
Candidates with minimum B.Tech/MCA Degree and 2 years of minimum experience in the same
Domain.
II. Trainers (Soft Skills) :
Candidates with minimum Post Graduation Degree in English and 3 years of minimum
experience in the same domain.

III. Lab Assistant (Agriculture, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Mechanical, Physics,


Chemistry) :
Candidates with atleast Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture/Biology/Science. For Mechanical and
Computer Science candidates having diploma in Mechanical/computer may apply.

ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS :

IV. Civil Engineer:


Candidates with atleast B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering and 8 years of minimum experience
in the same domain OR candidates with Diploma in Civil Engineering and 12 years of minimum
experience in the same domain may apply.

V. Electrical Engineer:
Candidates with atleast B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering and 8 years of minimum
experience in the same domain OR candidates with Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 12
years of minimum experience in the same domain may apply.

VI. Manager Operations:


Candidates with MBA Degree having 2 years of experience in the respective domain may apply.

VII. Digital Branding Operations:


Candidates with MBA Degree having minimum years of experience of 5 years and minimum 2
years of experience in the respective domain may apply.

VIII. Academic Manager:


Candidates with B.Tech/MBA Degree having minimum years of experience of 5 years and
minimum 2 years of experience in the respective domain may apply.

IX. Transport Manager:


Candidates with atleast Graduation Degree/Diploma & having minimum 5 years of relevant
experience may apply.

X. Housekeeping Manager:
Candidates with atleast Graduation Degree/Diploma in housekeeping & having minimum 5 years
of relevant experience may apply.

XI. Catering Manager:


Candidates with atleast Graduation Degree in Hotel/Catering Management and minimum 5 years
of experience in the relevant field OR Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management and minimum 8
years of relevant experience may apply.

XII. Assistant Warden (Male & Female):


Candidates with atleast Post Graduation Degree and minimum 4 years of experience in the
relevant field.

XIII. Hostel Incharge (Male & Female):


Candidates with atleast Graduation Degree and minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant
field.

XIV. Mess Supervisor:


Candidates with atleast Graduation Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management and
minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field OR Diploma in Hotel/Catering Management
and minimum 5 years of relevant experience may apply.

XV. Office Executive :


Candidates with atleast Bachelor’s Degree and having computer proficiency may apply.

XVI. Psychatrist :
Candidates with atleast MA Psychology or Ph.D. degree and having minimum experience of 2
