Within our industry, there's a pressing need to diminish our environmental footprint, enhance

TRANSPARENCY
We hold transparency as a cornerstone for instigating sustainable change within our industry.
Transparency fosters both comparability and accountability, empowering customers to make
informed purchasing decisions and businesses, including ours, to make decisions that
enhance sustainability performance and drive positive transformations. While there's still a
considerable distance to cover, the fashion industry faces increasing scrutiny, and we remain
steadfast in our commitment to transparency and the constructive change it fosters.
Supply Chain Transparency: Supply-chain transparency entails divulging details about the
facilities engaged in garment manufacturing and production. Our supplier list has been
publicly available, detailing our tier 1 suppliers, which represent 99% of relevant production
volume in 2024. This information, aligned with the Transparency Pledge, encompasses
facility names, locations, addresses, worker counts, worker representation, and gender
breakdown data. Continuously, we strive to expand this disclosure to achieve comprehensive
supply-chain transparency.
Traceability: Traceability denotes the ability to track the origin and location of materials and
products and correlate this with relevant data. While supply chain transparency involves
public disclosure, traceability is an integral aspect of ensuring a responsible and sustainable
value chain. We have established rigorous procedures to verify our materials, aligning them
with our sustainability policies.
Improving traceability remains an ongoing priority. Collaborative efforts and the adoption of
new technologies, such as fingerprint technologies and DNA testing, hold promise in
enhancing supply chain visibility. We advocate for leveraging technology and shared-industry
databases to bolster supply chain traceability continually.

ESG FRAMEWORK
Disclosing our business standards and policies is paramount in our transparency efforts. It
grants open access to the rules and regulations guiding our operations, fostering
accountability and responsibility in how we conduct our business for the benefit of people
and the planet.
Reporting Standards
Several reporting standards are adopted in the market today based on industry, awareness and
client preferences.The most common are:
2. The Global reporting Initiative (GRI)- This is one of the most referred to and used
systems currently, this created the first set of sustainability standards in the world. It has
34 topic specific standards to help companies report on most of their material issues to
their investors and stake holders and subdivided into 3 series of GRI standards: a.
Economic b. Environmental c. Social.
3. Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA): This assesses companies against their peers
through industry specific questionnaire and compare their performance against peers.
5. Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB): SASB standards allow to track and
communicate sustainability actions most financially material to the investor. They are
quite easy to use depending on the industry sector. These standards were developed based
on extensive feedback from companies, investors, and other market participants as part of
a transparent, publicly-documented process.

interconnected support ecosystem aimed at reducing emissions cost-effectively. The Future
