ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL GOVERNANCE POLICY

The significance of sustainability to us is deeply rooted in our nearly three-decade journey. It

forms an integral aspect of our business ethos, where we strive to provide customers with an
optimal blend of style, quality, affordability, and sustainability. We firmly believe that
sustainable fashion should be accessible to all, not just a select few.

Within our industry, there's a pressing need to diminish our environmental footprint, enhance
our social contributions, and foster a more equitable fashion ecosystem. Crucially, we are
committed to undertaking these endeavors with transparency, acknowledging the ongoing
work that lies ahead.

VISION STATEMENT

Today, amidst a changing world, one fundamental truth endures – people crave fashion, and
at Eonluxe, we're dedicated to making it accessible to everyone. Our sustainability initiatives
not only present avenues for innovative growth but also drive the evolution of our customer
offerings, ensuring we consistently exceed expectations.

To seize these opportunities, we constantly challenge ourselves, questioning established

assumptions and seeking fresh avenues that detach our growth from finite natural resources.
Through investments in cutting-edge materials, technology, and business models, we catalyze
transformative shifts in how we manufacture and reimagine our products, enriching the
fashion and design experiences for our customers.

Every facet of our operations, from resource utilization and recycling to our partnerships with
stakeholders, contributes to the social and environmental narrative woven into our products.
We aspire to empower our customers to engage with this narrative, enabling them to make
informed choices and perceive sustainable options as the most desirable.

As our industry undergoes redefinition and evolution, so does Eonlux. We continuously refine
our approach, addressing emerging challenges and integrating new insights. Our dedication to
learning, investing, and taking decisive action remains unwavering as we navigate the
dynamic landscape of sustainability.

TRANSPARENCY

We hold transparency as a cornerstone for instigating sustainable change within our industry.
Transparency fosters both comparability and accountability, empowering customers to make
informed purchasing decisions and businesses, including ours, to make decisions that
enhance sustainability performance and drive positive transformations. While there's still a
considerable distance to cover, the fashion industry faces increasing scrutiny, and we remain
steadfast in our commitment to transparency and the constructive change it fosters.

Supply Chain Transparency: Supply-chain transparency entails divulging details about the
facilities engaged in garment manufacturing and production. Our supplier list has been
publicly available, detailing our tier 1 suppliers, which represent 99% of relevant production
volume in 2024. This information, aligned with the Transparency Pledge, encompasses
facility names, locations, addresses, worker counts, worker representation, and gender
breakdown data. Continuously, we strive to expand this disclosure to achieve comprehensive
supply-chain transparency.

Product Transparency: Product transparency involves sharing information on a product's

manufacturing process, materials, and its environmental and social impacts. We took a
significant step in 2022 as we disclosed manufacturing details for products via
www.eonluxe.com, including factory names, addresses, locations, and material compositions.

Traceability: Traceability denotes the ability to track the origin and location of materials and
products and correlate this with relevant data. While supply chain transparency involves
public disclosure, traceability is an integral aspect of ensuring a responsible and sustainable
value chain. We have established rigorous procedures to verify our materials, aligning them
with our sustainability policies.

Improving traceability remains an ongoing priority. Collaborative efforts and the adoption of
new technologies, such as fingerprint technologies and DNA testing, hold promise in
enhancing supply chain visibility. We advocate for leveraging technology and shared-industry
databases to bolster supply chain traceability continually.

Investment

Our green investments serve as accelerators for the decarbonization of our operations,
bridging the divide between business objectives and climate aspirations by facilitating
financing for projects with extended payback periods.

A significant portion of these investments is allocated to fabric production, a notably

resource-intensive process. Initially, our focus lies on implementing energy efficiency
measures. Subsequently, we explore the electrification of factories utilizing steam for
equipment or processes, concurrently transitioning to renewable energy sources wherever
feasible. Our support extends to various projects, including the development of low-impact
materials, the decarbonization of logistics, and initiatives fostering circularity.

To address the diverse needs of our suppliers, we've devised a range of solutions, forming an
interconnected support ecosystem aimed at reducing emissions cost-effectively. The Future
Supplier Initiative stands as a collaborative effort, pooling resources from multiple brands to
finance decarbonization ventures in shared supplier facilities involved in fabric and garment

production. This initiative not only keeps borrowing costs low for factories but also offers
technical assistance and fosters enduring business relationships with brands, promoting long-
term resilience.

STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

Every day we engage with our different stakeholders, including industry peers, non-
governmental organisations, inter-governmental organisations, policymakers, investors and
the rights-holders impacted by our business.

We work with our stakeholders in various ways including formal partnerships, face-to-face
dialogue, webinars, roundtables and surveys. Our dedicated stakeholder engagement team
