This is in reference to the request for the downgrading of the 9G visa of ____, who is an
employee of ____

The reason for the downgrading of the 9G visa is that _____ will be transferred to its
affiliate company in Singapore on _______.

In support of this request, we respectfully submit the following:

a. Copy of the passport biopage with the copy of the implemented visa and latest admission;
b. Original Alien Certificate of Registation
c. Copy of the employment contract
d. Secretary’s Certificate and the special power of attorney

In this regard, we respectfully request for the downgrading of the 9G visa up to _______. We
