Our A to Z Check-up

Starting with a pre-owned Galaxy smartphone, expert Samsung technicians begin by checking the quality and function of every component, inside and out.

Brand New Parts

When the phone is dissembled by expert technicians, the battery is replaced using genuine new Samsung parts, given new components (if needed), new unique identifiers (IMEI) and upgraded to the latest software.

Before each Re-Newed Galaxy device is declared certified, it must pass the same 100+ point inspection as a new device, conducted by our expert Samsung technicians.
