The International Warranty Service period is 1 year (12 months) from the month of purchase.
If a customer does not have purchasing document, Call/Service center can decide international warranty period as 15 month from production month.
There is no extension of international warranty period due to the previously taken repair. -
Since the service type differs by countries, we recommend you to contact the call center for repair arrangement.

Official language may vary depending on the country where you visit.
English can be supported in most countries, but the supported language will be limited in some countries. -
Some service center may request International Warranty Card and proof of purchase.
The reason why service centers are requesting is to make sure warranty period and to check stolen product. -
In order not to customer's data damage and change, we recommend to back-up the customerâs data before service request.

The International Warranty Service only support the repair not exchange nor refund. Exchanges/refunds are only available in the country you have purchased the product.

Desktop and All-in-one PC, Head Mounted Display for PC, PC accessory are not supported. The International Warranty Service only covers Notebook PC.

Basically, the repair cost includes part, labor and logistics fee.
We recommend you to check out the cost with local service mangers before you request. -
Because there are no sales of PC in Japan, there is no service center.
By the way, customer can call and get pick up service to service center in Korea. -
 It may take longer than usual repair time, since the sales product differs by countries.
Also, repair requires the specific service part which is not domestically available.
