This document discusses how physical activity and sports can help manage stress. It describes individual, dual and team sports and provides examples of each. Common stressors during the pandemic include isolation, health concerns, and uncertainty. Physical activities like walking, yoga, and team sports release endorphins and allow people to socialize, both of which can reduce stress. Regular exercise is important for managing stress as it improves sleep, relieves muscle tension, and allows people to set personal goals or spend time with others.
