ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MECH QC INSPECTOR
• Make site inspection with consultants.

• Monitor and verify proper installation, alignment, Welding Cracks and functionality of
mechanical equipment and HVAC Fixtures
• Provide technical support and guidance to construction personal regarding mechanical
plumbing and HVAC quality standards and best practice.

• Identify and document deviations, deficiencies, or non-conformance in mechanical


HVAC and plumbing installation.
• Supervising and monitoring on daily basis all the mechanical work has been done
according to QC standards.

• Preparation of Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans

• Inspection of material and works according to ITP

• Conducting materials inspection by its documents or with its Physical.

• Follow up of WIRs and rectifying consultant’s comments.

• Conduct Quality control inspections on mechanical and plumbing system in


accordance with project specification, codes, and Standard.
• Perform Visual inspections, measurements, and tests to ensure compliance with design
drawing and specifications.
• Conduct Pre- Functional and Functional testing of mechanical systems, including
HVAC, piping and plumbing installation.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports detailing findings, recommendations, and
corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors, to address and resolve
quality issues promptly.
• Review and approve materials submittals, shop drawings, and method of statement
related to mechanical and plumbing works.
• Maintaining the documentation to the full proof of our activities.
