that you earn after deducting the cost of sales and the operating
expenses.

Sales P P P
Less: Cost of Sales
Direct Materials P P P
Direct Labor
Factory Overhead
Gross Profit from Sales P P P
Less: Operating
Expenses
Marketing Expenses (if P P P
any)
Administrative Expenses
Net Income P P P
D. Assimilation Create a five-year projected income statement. Lastly, do the
same for a five-year projection of your costs and revenues:
Month 1 Month 2 Month 3
Sales P P P

Direct Materials P P P
Direct Labor
Factory Overhead
Gross Profit from Sales P P P
