SCAFFOLDING RENTAL AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made the 18th day of April, 2023, by and between Kag. BEN VILLANUEVA,
hereafter called the Lessee, and TIM S. YAP, hereafter called the Lessor. Lessee and Lessor,
for the consideration hereafter named, agree as follows: Lessor hereby leases to Lessee 5 sets
of H-frame scaffoldings, particularly identified in the “List of Accessories”, for use at Maitim
II, at a daily rate of Php 250.00 per set per day for a period of 5 days, for a total of Php
5,000.00, paid in advance.
The said equipments is for pick-up and shall be returned immediately at the point of origin
after the duration of this agreement.

List of accessories:
H-frame 8 pcs.
Brace 8 pcs.
Stud 12 pcs.

Lessors and Lessee, for themselves, their successors, executors, administrators and assigns,
agree to the full performance of the covenants herein contained.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, they have executed this Agreement the day and year above written
