Gabriel Angelo M.

Dela Cruz

He is happy and enthusiastic member of the class who is always willing to contribute his excellent
general knowledge to class discussions and share in his own learning. He is hard working. He is able to
work well in both whole class and small group situations, and he is capable of working independently and
taking responsibility for his own learning. He is always willing to try to the best of his ability to thrive in
challenging lessons. In general he has a positive attitude towards learning, he is well - motivated and
always willing to work hard which enables him to achieve success in his learning.

Julius Jean Lucas D. Dela Cruz

He has enthusiastic and mature attitude to learning. He is always extremely curious and asks
questions about the lessons which promote interesting discussion and learning within the classroom. He is
friendly and polite and can work independently and within groups, where he likes to take on a leading role.
He is a popular member of the class and can mix well with any of his peers. He is very confident to try new
things and thrives being challenged particularly in Math. He is good at reading and comprehends very
well.

Janssen Clark M. Faminial

He is doing well and I already see him growing academically. He is struggling a bit in reading
comprehension. It would be great help if he is reading daily at home and talking about what he is reading.
I can always count on him to follow classroom rules. I am proud of the fine examples that he sets for
others. He has the potential but his poor attendance at school affects his academic results. He is good at
Math, can solve math problems independently. He works quietly with extra effort to have good results of
his product.

Mark Joseph M. Lanugan

He always come to school with a smile and ready to learn. He is very cheerful student who is
always willing to participate and share his wonderful ideas. In reading he has been working to become an
active reader in order to improve his speed in reading and in comprehension. He always does what he is
asked but tends to rush his work to get it finished first. This can sometimes mean he does not do his best
and I believe that with a bit of extra effort he could do much better. He has shown a very good progress in
Math, can solve simple math problems but have to assist him in recognizing the proper use of
mathematical symbols, he got confuse sometimes.
Sean Tyler R. Leonardo

He is a well-liked member of the class and has formed good relationship with both his peers and
teacher in the classroom. I am so impressed with the effort he puts forth and perseverance he shows
every day in his work. He is using his reading strategies well. He comprehends perfectly. He can construct
creative sentences about the picture without asking for help. He's very good at solving math problems,
there’s no need to instruct him what to do he can automatically perform. He is an active listener and
enjoys participating in small and large group discussions.

Jhon Victor DC. Magtoto

I am so glad to have him in my class. He is very energetic but he has a very difficult time staying
focused and staying on task. His grades reflect his effort in class and with homework. I always encourage
him to always try his best in school and while doing his homework, including studying for spelling and
reading. He finds concentrating for long periods difficult and needs reminders to listen carefully. He
should be focus on getting his work done in the time allotted.

Enzo C. Matunog

He is generally a happy and cheerful boy. He has enjoyed some of the topics we have studied this
year and has produced some excellent homework which has helped him engage with his learning. He
always tries hard and listens well but occasionally needs instructions repeating to make sure he completes
a task successfully. He must remember to ask for help if needs it. He has formed good relationships with
peers in the classroom but can be shy when initiating a conversation with them. Needs encouragement to
develop his confidence when asking to participate in class discussions.

Paulo Mackenzie B. Roque

He puts some effort toward his school work, but only at times. He is capable student, but he is not
working to his full potential. Unfortunately, will also often not make good behavior choices particularly at
playtimes and needs to try harder to follow the expected standards of behavior. He responds well to
praise and enjoys gaining rewards for good things. He can work with groups although sometimes does
not always know how to negotiate successfully with his peers in a small group. He can work
independently, however he still has a tendency to rush his work and this can often impact on the quality he
produces. He needs to remember to slow down to improve his work.

Yaj Ismael R. San Juan

He is friendly and confident member of the class. However, he needs to ensure that he always
completes work to the best of his ability and does not distract other children on their table. He is often so
keen to share his ideas that he needs to remember to take a pause so someone else can share theirs. I
enjoy teaching him as he enjoys learning new skills. He can read and comprehends a bit slow pace. He
needs to continue practicing in reading so the speed of his reading will developed. He is very good in
Math, can solve simple mathematical problems.

Paul Nicholson Skye P. Tan.

He demonstrates an incredible and positive outlook towards learning. He has shown great
determination and focus across all areas of his learning but more noticeably in his reading skills, little by
little he have shown progress but should practice more to better himself in spelling.. He is doing well but I
know he can do much better. He should start to become more responsible and more active participant of
his own learning. He did fine in Math, can solve math problems with minimal supervisions

Alexandra Emerald C. Cu

She is a quiet and kind child who seems to enjoy school. She has lots of friends and enjoys
playtime with them. Although she finds many aspects of learning a challenge, she has made some small
steps of progress this year. She is happy to answer questions in class and will put her hands up to share
ideas in front of the class. She always does what she is asked. She will be the first one on the seat and
starting her work before all the others.. She is respectful to others and is always willing to help a
classmate. Although she is not that quite good in reading there is a room for improvement with her overall
attitude and dedication to towards improving herself. She needs a minimal supervisions in solving simple
math problems.

Francheska Sophia A. Cui

She settled well into the expectations and has made good progress in all subjects. She puts good
amount of effort into her work and is beginning to listen to feedback in order to improve the quality of it.
She sometimes lacks confidence when giving a new concept but will ask for help if she is not sure. She is
occasionally distract or be distracted by her peers and needs to continue to work on focusing her attention
to task. Although, shows little improvement in her studies she still have to practice more in reading and
comprehension of what she reads..

Janna Adrienne A. De Chavez

She has been a sensible and responsible member of the class. She loves learning new skills and
usually grasps new concepts quickly. I enjoy teaching her because she often thinks of interesting answers
to questions. She always completes work to the best of her ability and does not rush her work so she can
have a better result. She is always concern about the result of her work, always thinks how many correct
answer she got and how many are wrong. She reads and comprehends well, She is also very creative in
constructing sentences about the pictures although she needs a little help in spelling of some difficult
words, which she really asked for assistance if she needed.. She is also very good in Math, can solve
simple word problems easily.

Danielle Samantha D. Dulig

She is a friendly member of the class who has settled in well. She listens well and carries out tasks
appropriately. She is polite, well behaved and helpful. She is now become to take an active part in her
learning and is making steady progress in her studies. I was pleased when she volunteered herself to read
in front of her classmates. She became brave in standing up in front of her classmates to participate in a
specific activity especially in reading in front of them. Unlike before she is very shy and afraid to show
what she can do. I hope she continue to practice to become totally independent of doing something.

Shain Anttony M. Lirios

She is polite member of the class who has made some slow but steady progress across
the year. On the whole, she finds listening to others and joining with a group a challenge.
However, when she engaged with a topic she ca contribute nicely to class discussions and offer
some thoughtful insights to his peers, which is a delight to see. She needs to try her best to
listen to others in order to learn from to develop her own understanding of things. She has
improved her ability to work independently although may need instructions repeating and
rephrasing before she starts. She must practice to read during vacation. She has idea in solving
simple math problem but needs a little supervision.

Aliyah Cyrene C. Nasayao

She's has been a delight to teach and has been enthusiastic member of our class. She loves to learn,
which shows in everything that she does. Her strong work ethic makes her a fantastic role model to her
peers. She became more vocal in seeking for help unlike before she seems afraid of asking help if she
didn't understand something. She has done very well in all aspect of academic but her poor attendance in
class affects her grades. She can read in an exact speed for her age and can comprehends most of the
time but she definitely ask for assistance if she cannot understand what she have read. She can solve
simple math problems in a slow pace but at least she's trying her best to finish her work.
