Crafting an essay on the subject of nursing requires a nuanced understanding of the field, a keen
awareness of current healthcare issues, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise
manner. The difficulty lies not only in presenting factual information but also in weaving a narrative
that captures the essence of nursing, its challenges, and its significance in the healthcare ecosystem.

To begin with, researching the latest developments in nursing practices and healthcare policies is
essential. Staying abreast of advancements, trends, and critical issues in the nursing profession is
time-consuming but crucial for creating a well-informed and relevant essay. The challenge intensifies
when one delves into the vast array of specialties within nursing, each with its unique set of
responsibilities and demands.

Additionally, a successful nursing essay demands a personal touch – a connection between the writer
and the subject matter. This entails the ability to empathize with the experiences of healthcare
professionals, understand the emotional aspects of patient care, and appreciate the resilience required
in the face of adversity. Balancing the technical aspects with a human touch is a delicate task that
requires a nuanced approach.

The complexity deepens when considering the diverse audience that a nursing essay may cater to.
From fellow nursing professionals to policymakers and the general public, the writer must navigate
through various levels of expertise and awareness. The challenge is not only to educate but also to
engage and inspire, making the information accessible to a broad spectrum of readers.

Moreover, articulating the significance of nursing in the broader context of healthcare, societal well-
being, and the intricate interplay of science and compassion adds another layer of complexity. It
requires a deft hand to seamlessly blend statistics, case studies, and personal anecdotes to convey a
holistic picture of the profession.

In conclusion, composing a compelling essay on nursing is a challenging endeavor that demands a

comprehensive understanding of the subject, the ability to empathize with the experiences of
healthcare professionals, and the skill to communicate complex ideas to a diverse audience. However,

Geostatistical Interpolation For Spatial Data
Geostatistical Interpolation for Spatial Data

Abstract: Continuous surfaces of rainfall climate variable are becoming increasingly used
as input to spatially explicit atmospheric ,hydrologic ,ecologic and environmental models.
Several methodologies exist for spatial interpolation of climate and weather parameters,
among them is the ordinary kriging method .A large sampling effort is required to
produce an accurate geostatistical map, and the extraction and analysis of each sample
is often expensive, The effectiveness of a particular sampling scheme is dependent upon
the spatial variability of the quantity being measured .In this paper ,we used the ordinary
kriging method to estimate the rainfall distribution in Iraq. A total of 24 real points are
used for evaluation. The results presents samples of maps for months January, October,
March for years 2004, 2013 within the period of data.

Introduction: Rainfall is an important climatological parameter, and knowledge of its

temporal and spatial patterns is useful for researchers working in many disciplines, In this
study , spatial interpolation techniques were implemented in a Geographic Information
System (GIS) to study the spatial variability of monthly rainfall in Iraq. Ten years (2003
2013) of climate data ( average monthly rainfall )from 24 weather stations distributed
throughout Iraq were used in the analyses. Literature suggests that there is no single

The Central Bank For The United States
Blah blah blah something about an article I find. The federal reserve in simple terms
is the central bank for the United States. In a more in depth description of the the Fed
it is made up of the Board of Governors. This board is made up of seven members, all
selected by the President himself. However, they also need to be confirmed by the
Senate. This board is located in Washington D.C. but has 12 regional banks around the
country. Some of these places include San Francisco, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, and nine
other locations. These banks allow the Federal Reserve to collect data on the current
economy. Obtaining this information allows the Federal Reserve to gauge the economy
and create an appropriate monetary policy. Their main... Show more content on

So, making the discount rate lower will allow the banks to have a lower interest rate,
encouraging spending and borrowing. On the opposite of this if the interest rates
were higher than this would discourage the spending and loans. The second of the
three major tools that The Fed uses would be reserve requirements. According to the
Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis reserve requirements are the portions of deposits
that banks must hold in cash, either in their vaults or on deposit at a Reserve Bank (In
plain English, 2017, p.15). This works by by determining how much money is needed
in the bank at any given time. This would mean that if The Feds decreased the
requirement, then the commercial banks will have more money to give out and put into
businesses. However, if they end up raising the required amount then then this would
decrease spending in businesses this would be because the Reserve Bank would not
have the money to give the commercial banks which would then be passed on to the
people. The third and final tool that The Feds use is open market operations. This also
happens to be the most used out of the three. According to the Federal Reserve Bank of
St. Louis open market operation is the buying and selling of U.S. government securities
(In plain English, 2017, p.15). What this does to the economy is that it allows the
discussion for the federal funds rate. Ultimately meaning that this has control over what
the interest rates are on
The Legalization Of Recreational And Medical Use Of
Marijuana
The legalization of recreational and medical use of marijuana is still a controversial
social issue faced by the United States. Although marijuana was seen as a dangerous
drug back in the 1900 s, research has revealed the truth about marijuana, making the drug
less frightening towards Americans. Now in the year 2015, marijuana is generally more
accepted by Americans and many more see marijuana in a positive manner. Although
marijuana does have some negative side effects, the side effects are not severe enough to
justify a ban on the use of marijuana. In addition, due to the extensive research released
on marijuana, people can clearly see the benefits legalizing marijuana would bring to the
United States. Marijuana should be legal in all fifty states because the benefits outweigh
any disadvantages and due to the benefits Colorado is receiving, it shows legalizing
marijuana is an excellent choice.
One of the main uses of marijuana is for medical reasons. Marijuana contains a chemical
called THC, which according to the Medicinal Marijuana Association, it makes marijuana
beneficial to patients suffering from illnesses such as AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, epilepsy,
multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and many other serious, debilitating, or terminal
conditions. The properties in marijuana can greatly relieve chronic pain associated with
these illnesses (Listland). By legalizing marijuana for medical purposes, patients who
have suffered from severe chronic pain can have another
The Temple Of Athena Nike
The Temple of Athena Nike was built around 447 424 B.C.E. It was made in the
southwest corner of the Acropolis in Athens, Greece. This Temple was made of marble
making it look classy and elegant for a goddess. Since Marble was such a rich material it
was needed for a victor, which is why the temple was named AthenaNike. Nike means
victory in the Greek language and Athena was the goddess of war and wisdom. The
columns were made monolithic, so it was all made out of one big stone. The marble used
was indigenous to the land in Athens, where it was made. In the frieze of the temple
Athena is in a twisted perspective form, meaning she looks as if she could be moving
but her shoulders are turned forward. However, most images in the frieze are ambiguous,
