Accomplishment Report On Project COVID

Sta. Teresita Central School launched Project COVID (Connect, Obey, Value, Implement and Dedicate) to distribute learning materials and address student needs during the pandemic. Through coordination with parents and local governments, the school distributed self-learning modules and materials following health and safety protocols. The project helped all students, including those with special needs, continue their education. Sta. Teresita Central School also provided teacher training and prepared additional learning resources to support the ongoing implementation of modular distance learning.

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
Project COVID ( Connect, Obey, Value,
Implement and Dedicate)
I. INTRODUCTION
Sta. Teresita Central School adhere quality education and it can be transformed
into realization through the implementation of the programs and projects of the
approved learning disciplines. In all phases of school undertakings, the focus is in the
enhancement and realization of various skills, habits, attitudes and values especially in
these times of pandemic that learning must continue through the implementation of
Modular Distance Learning.

In accordance with the implementation of DepEd programs and projects, Sta.


Teresita Central School is proud to report some of its accomplishments for the school
year 2020 – 2021.

II. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT


A. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT
About Project COVID (Connect, Obey, Value, Implement and Dedicate),
BAYANIHAN and camaraderie has always been part of the school’s undertakings. The
support and cooperation of the stakeholders played a vital role in the new normal.

The school launched and implemented Project COVID (Connect, Obey,


Value, Implement and Dedicate) to seek and ask the assistance or help of the parents,
LGUs and other stakeholders in the distribution and retrieval of SLM’s and other
learning materials in their areas.

Through the use of different social media platforms, the school head
together with the teachers coordinated with the parents and LGUs to address the needs
and the problems of the school.

The parents and the barangay officials helped in the distribution and
retrieval of self-learning modules and other learning materials. Following the safety
health protocols, the parents of Población II claimed and returned the SLMs and other
learning materials in school. The SLMs and other learning materials of barangay
Poblacion II and Poblacion III were distributed and retrieved by their barangay officials
and barangay health workers.

Proper dissemination of information as well as the schedule of distribution


and retrieval was the most important factor.

All pupils from Kindergarten to Grade 6 as well as SPED benefited in this


project.

Project COVID (Connect, Obey, Value, Implement and Dedicate) is still


on-going.

B. STAFF DEVELOPMENT
1. Proper dissemination of information

2. SLAC on conceptualizing and utilizing interventions and innovations


and

strategies in the implementation of modular Distance Learning.

3. Preparation of answer sheets and activity sheets.

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT
1. Prepared additional activity sheets and answer sheets.

2. Maintain the Project COVID to build harmonious relationships with

parents, LGUs and other stakeholders.

3. Continuous implementation of Project COVID.

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES
Proper disinfection of the classrooms and the boxes being used in

retrieval and distribution.

F. SPECIAL PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS


1. Bayanihan among teachers, teachers and other stakeholders.

2. Safety and health protocols.
