Notarial Cancellation

RESCISSION BY A NOTARIAL ACT

Dear MS._____________________,

The records show that as of to date you have been in default in the payment of at least Eight (8) monthly installments
for the purchase of_______________.

Your right to a sixty (60) day grace period under the law (Republic Act No. 6552, the “Realty Installment Buyers
Protection Act”) having expired already, we are constrained to serve this notice of delinquency and cancellation of the Purchase
Agreement that you have executed with the Company.

Unless you pay in full your arrears in the total amount of Pesos: (Php 31,000.00) within thirty (30) days from the
receipt of this notice, we shall deem your Purchase Agreement cancelled in accordance with the law and forfeit in our favor all
payments you have made as liquidated damages.

Should the Company be constrained to go to court due to your failure to heed this notice, you shall be charged in
addition not less than Pesos: Ten Thousand (Php10,000) for and as attorney’s fees, plus cost of litigation and other damages to
which the Company may be adjudged and entitled under the law.
