A F F I D A V I T OF UNDERTAKING

WE, JEREMIAS C. BAYBAY married to FELICISIMA D. BAYBAY, both of legal age, both
Filipinos citizen with residence and postal address at Maitim 2 nd East, Tagaytay City after
having been duly sworn in accordance with the law hereby depose and say:

That, we are the owners of certain parcel of land located at Malabag Silang, Cavite
covered by Tax declaration number AA-18-0037-01931 with an area of FIVE HUNDRED
TWENTY EIGHT (528) square meters more or less as herewith furnished

That, the said parcel of land has not yet been issued Certificate of Title/s due to lack of
money

That, the said property is alienable and disposable land outside land reserved for public
domain;

That, the said property is free from any lien or encumbrance;

That, the said property which is classified as agricultural land is not tenanted nor
cultivated by any group of person

That, there are no other claimants to the property as verified from the municipality
where the said property is located;

That, I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing fact and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve
