Barclays Letter

This letter from Barclays Bank Dubai concerns a fixed private equity investment account established in 2016 that was receiving monthly dividends until the death of the account holder, Noah Albert Guala. The attorney representing the next of kin, Barrister Azhar M Asadi, has claimed the balance of the account. Barclays has approved the release of funds to the next of kin pending receipt of documentation including an affidavit of oath, incorporation certificate, letter of administration, and affidavit from the next of kin to prove their rightful claim. The bank will then notify relevant UAE government ministries to process the inheritance payment transfer according to foreign inheritance laws once all documents are received.
