No further payments will be required upon receiving the transfer agreement certificate from the EU/African Union. To whom it may concern:

This is to notify you that all clearance and tax has been made
for the immediate transfer of your fund to your new nominated
bank account in Chase Bank Account In America.

You are also hereby informed that there will be no more


payments required by you upon receive of Agreement
Certificate for Transfer from EU/AFRICAN UNION until your
fund has been successfully remitted to your Chase Bank
account.

Your fund is due to be in the account within some hours after


this agreement is been presented to the Banque Atlantique CI.
