SUBJECT: CROSS-BORDER COMMERCIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION –


HCCH 2005 CHOICE OF COURT AND 2019 JUDGMENTS
CONVENTIONS WEBINAR ON 27 JULY 2022

The Asian Business Law Institute (ABLI) and the Permanent Bureau of the Hague
Conference on Private International Law (HCCH) will virtually hold the Cross-border
Commercial Dispute Resolution – HCCH 2005 Choice of Court and 2019 Judgments
Conventions Webinar on 27 July 2022, 3pm to 6pm (SGT), via Zoom platform. The
webinar offers two separate sessions on each of the conventions. Participants may choose
to sign up for one or both of the sessions. The speakers will speak at both sessions unless
otherwise indicated in the program.

In this connection, all special commercial court judges are invited to attend the
webinar and register until 25 July 2022 their participation using the following link:

Participating judges are authorized to attend the webinar on OFFICIAL TIME,


provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are
duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

The participants are directed to submit to the Court Management Office, Office of
the Court Administrator, their respective reports and proof of attendance within ten (10)
days from the conclusion of the webinar.
