OCA Circular No. 175-2022

This document amends an earlier circular regarding internship programs for students in lower courts. It limits each court to only one intern at a time due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and lack of space in most courts to observe health protocols. The amendment overrides the previous rule allowing multiple interns and requires approval from the Court Administrator if more than one intern is needed. This amendment aims to balance internship opportunities with safety during the pandemic.
