PMRA ICD Invitation For November 2021

This document is an invitation letter from the Philippine Medical Records Association (PMRA) to medical directors, medical record officers, and PhilHealth officers inviting them and participants from their hospital/institution to attend a 5-day ICD-10 coding seminar from November 15-19, 2021. ROBERTO V. LOPEZ III This seminar is in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH) and conforms
Treasurer with the DOH Administrative Order No. 47 which mandates all hospitals both public
Cardinal Santos Medical Center and private, in all categories:(primary, secondary and tertiary) to use ICD-10 coding
systems on patient’s medical records for all diagnoses and to comply with ICD-10
ELIZABETH O. TAYAG training requirements for hospital licensing and accreditation by the Department of
Auditor
Medical Records Consultant
Health and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) respectively.

The seminar/workshop will be conducted by Mr. Emmanuel M. Lagustan National


Board Members: ICD-10 Trainers. Consequently, medical records custodian, dialysis staff, doctors,
nurses; healthcare and philhealth workers are all welcome to attend this training.

Medical Records Consultant Registration fee is Php 12,000 per participant (inclusive of materials, packed AM
and PM snacks, and lunch and certificate of attendance/completion). As a matter of

(PNB) Account Number 121310006734 on or before November 08, 2021, Monday.

Providence Hospital Do kindly make your reservation early and send their registration form and
scanned copy of deposit slip at [email protected] in as much as we can
accept only a limited number of participants or a maximum of thirty-five (35)
only. Apparently, it will be a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS

Please understand that this is important for us so we can be able to monitor the number
of participants who will attend the seminar.
