COMMENTS ON THE MOTION FOR


RECONSIDERATION OF PETITIONERS
Respondents, by the undersigned counsel, to this Honorable
Court and in compliance with the Resolution in the aforementioned
case dated January 5, 2021, most respectfully states:

1. That Respondents, through counsel, were given ten (10) days


to comment on the Motion for Reconsideration of the
Petitioners in the present case.

2. That the undersigned counsel received a copy of the motion


on January 21, 2021 and thus had until January 31, 2021 to file
the comment. Thus, the same is filed within the prescribed
period.

3. That Paragraphs 1 to 8 of the Motion for Reconsideration of


the Petitioners are mere repetitions of their arguments in their
Petition for Review before this Honorable Court such that no
new arguments were presented or raised.

4. That considering that the arguments raised in the motion had


been duly passed upon by this Honorable Court, the same
should be given scant consideration and the motion should be
denied for lack of merit.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this
comment be duly noted and the Honorable Court DENY the
Motion for Reconsideration of the Petitioners for lack of merit

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are


likewise prayed for.
