AFFIDAVIT OF IN-LAWS

          I, TOMAS C. ARELLANO, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of Brgy. Serrano Dulag,
Leyte, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I personally know ARIES C. SANTO, the latter being a person of good
reputation in the community and a loving husband to her wife;

2. That he has not been charged with any act or omission punishable by law, rule or
regulation before prosecutor, judge, public officer or administrative body; nor has he found
involved in any left leaning organization or have been involved in rallies and other gatherings
where the topic is to destabilize nor destroy the duly constituted government since she has met
and married our daughter, JUSTINE A. SANTO;

3. That the undersigned strongly guarantees the moral qualification of this person to enter
the police service;

4. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts and
statement on my own free will.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set our hands this 4th day of July, 2019, at
Dulag, Leyte, Philippines.
