Advisory On 13th Month Pay Report of Compliance

Employers must submit a Report of Compliance on payment of 13th month pay to the nearest DOLE Regional Office by January 15, 2021 per Labor Advisory No. 28, 2020. Employers based in Pasig, Pateros, Mandaluyong, Marikina, and San Juan may email the report to [email protected]. The report shall include the name and address of the establishment, principal business, total employment, benefits granted per employee and total amount, and contact information. Employers in NCR can also submit the required report by accomplishing an online form.

Please be reminded that employers are required to submit Report of Compliance on payment of 13 th

month pay to the nearest DOLE Regional Office on or before 15 January 2021, pursuant to Labor
Advisory No. 28, Series of 2020.

For businesses based in Pasig, Pateros, Mandaluyong, Marikina, and San Juan, employers may send the
Report via email to [email protected].

The Report shall include the following:

1. Name of establishment;
2. Address;
3. Principal product of business;
4. Total employment;
5. Total number of workers benefitted;
6. Amount granted per employee;
7. Total amount of benefits granted; and,
8. Name, position, and telephone number of person giving information.

Employers in NCR also have the option to submit the required Report by accomplishing the Form found
in this link: http://bit.ly/NCR-13thmonthreporting.
