How do I respond to the challenges of globalization and the differences of mindsets

caused by differing generational relations to technology and social media?

There are so many inventions that has developed and still developing in this generations and that
has gave different opportunities to all of us. Every one of us are trying hard to learn on it. We do also
idolize those different brands that sometimes others will have debate out of it because they have their own
beliefs that the product they bought are good in quality than others. Some people will work hard to save
enough money just to buy those new latest products. Its impact on human lives has proven by this
generation in which they give much importance on it than with their family and studies. These following
gadgets are the things I have referring to, such as cellphone, laptop, computer, tablet, netbook and etc.

As a student I simply responds to the challenges of globalization through adapting and adjusting
myself with these new invention or ideas from the different mindsets of people. As what I have observed
in this millennials generations they are very open minded, they tend to support these new inventions in
technology such as; Social media, web sites and so much more. They particularly uses these sites to make
their voices heard especially if there are controversial issues in our society. Through technology Filinnials
are free to shout out what they feel to share on a particular issue. However, when we talk about ethics in
this generation, simply we can describe it as something like “they are lack of stand in terms of moral”. I
agree on the study that in this generation, theories and principles from those known scholars are useless,
because they tend to say what they feel it is right. Furtheremore, when they face some problems or issues
in their lives they will just do things what they believe. Some of the Filinnials will do things that may give
them some advantages or benefits as long as it may not endanger their lives.

Moreover, I realised that the influences of this social median has advantages and disadvantages in
our career and lives. Some of the advantages are, the work has lessen and became faster in processing in
it. It helps our study to be more easy, especially in finding resources. The advantages as well are, the
actual communication with family, friends, relatives and with ourselves has lessen. We sometimes forgot
that they are with us because of this invention caused by the globalization.
