Absence Warning Letter-2

This letter is a second notice to Mr. Siddhesh Gadge informing him that he has been absent from work without permission since December 8th, 2019. He had previously been sent a letter on December 20th instructing him to return to work and provide an explanation, but he has not responded or returned. He is now being instructed to provide a written explanation for his unauthorized absence by a certain date or else further legal action may be taken against him according to employment laws.

Subject – 2nd Abscond Letter.

Dear Mr. Gadge,

It is observed from your attendance record that you are absconding from your
duties w.e.f. 08th December 2019 without permission or sanction of leave of
any kind. You were informed by company, in writing as per letter dated 20th
December 2019 to report for duties immediately and to provide your written
explanation for unplanned Leaves, negligence towards work and disobedience
of superiors on receipt of our letter with satisfactory explanation against your
unauthorized absenteeism as stated above but so far you have not resumed
your duties, nor there is any reply to our correspondence in this regard.

Your unauthorized absenteeism from duties as mentioned above is a serious


misconduct under model standing orders prescribed under employment
standing orders act 1946, applicable to our company.

As such you are hereby called upon to explain in writing as to why strict
disciplinary action should not be taken against you for the unauthorized
absenteeism from 08/12/2015 till today, failing which further necessary legal
action will be taken against you as per employment standing orders act 1946.

Kindly treat this as very urgent.
