SUBJECT: FINAL REPORT: ROBBERY

A. Police Blotter with Entry No. 2805, dated February 18, 2019 with same subject as above.
B. Initial Report: Robbery
C. Progress Report dated on February 20, 2019
2. This is a final report concerning the robbery case in the house of Trisha Unabia in Barangay
Aguada, Ozamis City. This case was reported to this station at 1300 H, February 18, 2019 by the
owner of the house Trisha Unabia.
3. Investigation revealed that about 1200 H, February 18, 2019 when Trisha Unabia 35 years old,
widow, while cleaning in her bedroom she was shocked by the two men whose face are covered.
With a knife in their hands they asked ask money from the victim and then the robbers easily get
out of the house.
4. Trisha Unabia said that, in that same day February 18, 2019 on or about 1100 H she was in the
bank to withdraw money for her personal expenses in the house, after that she went home. About
an hour or less than an hour, while cleaning in her bedroom she was shocked by the two men
whose face are covered. With a knife in their hands they asked ask money from the victim and
then the robbers easily get out of the house. According to Trisha Unabia, it is an inside job,
because how did the suspects know that she has much money in that day, and they know all the
side, angles of the houses. Persons of interests are Renzo Virtudez, 20 years old, 5’11” tall, fit
body, dark brown complexion, regular haircut, and a resident of Barangay Banadero, Ozamis
City, working student of the victim. Another one is Harold Enterina, 21 years old, 5’9” tall, big
man, dark brown complexion, with horse haircut, and a resident of Barangay Tinago, Ozamis
City. Also a working student of the victim. The two are both criminology students of Misamis
University. On that same day, February 18, 2019, at 1000 H, the two said to Trisha Unabia that
they will go to Ozamis plaza to work for their project. Two days after, the two working student of
the victim didn’t go home.
5. Evidence found in the crime scene: CCTV Footage
6. The result of CCTV footage was revealed, it confirmed that the two persons in the video are the
persons of interests. A friend of Trisha Unabia, named Naila Macarimbang tipped the police that
she saw the two in the club, Renzo Virtudez and Harold Enterina. The Police conducted an
operation to the club and they caught the two there enjoying the drinks, foods, girls, and the
money. The two was brought to the Police Station, and Senior Police Officer 4 Jolliveen I.
Tacogdoy let the two see the video in the CCTV footage, and immediately owned that they are
persons in the video. They said that they only did that for enjoyment.
7. These case robbery is considered solved/closed.
