AFFIDAVIT

I, X, 82 years old, Filipino citizen and a resident of Puntod Plaridel, Misamis


Occidental, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the tenant of Cadastral Lot A under Tax Dec No. B since 1930
owned by Y, my cousin ;

2. That Y died single and without issue;

3. That I am tilling the land, plant trees and build our house on the said lot;

4. That I am residing on the said lot with my descendants since 1930;

5. That the said lot was foreclosed by Z Bank in Aloran Misamis Occidental;

6. But upon our inquiry, the Z have no records of the said lot and in fact it was
the Cadastral Lot C under Tax Dec No. D was foreclosed.

7. That I manifest my intention to apply for title of the said Cadastral Lot Not
A.

That I execute this Affidavit freely and voluntarily to attest to the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

FURTHER, Affiant sayeth none.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand this 3rd day of October 2017 at
