Triple C Request Letter

The Triple C Multi-Purpose Cooperative, a farmers cooperative located in the Philippines, wrote to request consideration for an allocation of 5,000 metric tons of rice from the CY 2017-2018 MAV Rice Importation Program. The cooperative had participated in the recent auction but was unsuccessful. This is with regard to our cooperative, TRIPLE C MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE , a farmers


cooperative located in Barangay San Nicolas, Alcala, Pangasinan Area of Luzon. Our cooperative was
one of the participant in the last Auction for CY 2017-2018 MAV Rice Importation Program held in
Bureau of Treasury Marble Hall Ayuntamiento Building Cabildo Street corner A. Soriano Avenue,
Intramuros, Manila on June 25, 2018, but failed to win.

In view of the above, we would like to request your good office for a consideration to allow us to have
an allocation for CY 2017-2018 MAV Rice Importation Program Thailand Origin with 5,000MT if
possible in order to help our members for their families necessity.

We’re hoping for your kind consideration on our request.
