Danske Bank emphasizes recruitment of skilful employees. One of the latest challenges was the alignment of recruitment processes across different cultures, including the
IT staff in India. This project had its challenges but turned out to be a valuable and
challenging learning process for all involved and with a successful end. Annette will
talk about how Cubiks and Danske Bank developed a test funnel to gain efficiency in
recruitment in a mass volume market such as India. During this project Annette discovered different Indian values and their misconceptions about ability and personality
tests and she would like to share these experiences with you.
We believe that the source of Panasonic`s success is highly skilled, experienced and
engaged employees who grow through a variety of challenging assignments during
their career within the company. To live up to this belief we offer a variety of experiences to our employees. We encourage internal secondments and transfers between
our Panasonic Group companies to accelerate longer term career development
through continuous learning. As part of this overall initiative we launched Panasonic
BOOST.

The guiding principles of Global HR; the cross road where the legislation and
regulation meets
The key drivers for globalizing the HR function (cost, efficiency, virtualization, harmonization, business focus) may have differentiated flavors in regards to the multiple
employment legislation and regulation, the culture and the language. Globalization
also means transforming the HR roles and functions from generalist to specialist and
a more complex decision making process. How to handle these parameters and make
