DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


That this DEED OF DONATION, made and entered into by and between:
Don Francisco Village Association, Incorporated, an association duly organized
and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, represented by its
President, Manuel B. de Asis, M.D., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Don
Francisco Village, Jaro, Iloilo City, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR; and the
City Government of the City of Iloilo represented by the City Mayor, Jed Patrick
E. Mabilog, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Molo, Iloilo city referred to as
DONEE;
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR is the lawful owner in fee simple of certain parcel of land
which was developed as open spaces, roads, parks and playground, and community
facilities which form part of Don Francisco Village, situated at Barangay M. H. del
Pilar, Jaro, Iloilo City and more particularly described as follows:

That for and in consideration of the improvements to be made by the


DONEE in the premises by the government for drainage, road repairs and
cementing purposes and as an act of cooperation, liberality and generosity, the
DONOR, hereby voluntarily and freely gives, transfer and conveys unto the said
DONEE, his executors and administrators, all the rights, title and interest which the
DONOR has in the above described real property together with all the
improvements found therein, free from all liens and encumbrances;
That the DONOR herein states, for the purpose of giving effect and validity
to this donation, that he has reserved to himself sufficient property, in full
ownership or in usufruct, which is necessary and adequate for his support in
consonance with his standing in society. That the DONOR further states, for the
same purpose as expressed in the next preceding paragraph that this donation is
not made with the object of defrauding his creditors, having reserved to himself
property sufficient to answer for creditors to answer for his debts contracted prior
to this date.
That the DONEE hereby receives and accepts this donation made in favor of
the City Government of Iloilo and expresses its appreciation and gratefulness for
the generosity and civic mindedness of the DONOR.
That the DONOR hereby acknowledges notice of acceptance of this
donation by the DONEE
