Description
Chiller water / Hot water / Condenser water piping
( Water / Flushing )
(a) Close all valves
(b) Fill the pipe with JBA water
(c) Drain the water
(d) Visual check for dirt free clear water (if fails,
repeat a, b & c til d passes)
(e) Fill JBA water and run the pump for 15 30
Minutes
(f) Drain the water
(g) Clean the strainers
(h) Water cleanliness physical test (if fails, repeat
e, f & g till h passes)
( I ) Fill the JBA water

Chilled / Hot water piping ( Chemical Flushing )


(a) Add CL 2001 thru pot feeder ( Manufacturer
recommendation )
(b) Run the pump for 48 hours
(c) Drain the water and flush the system til clear
water is obtained
(d) Clean the strainers
(e) Alkalinity test
( f )System ready for chemical treatment

Condenser water piping ( Chemical Flushing )


(a)Add CL 2001 thru pot feeder ( Manufacturer
recommendation )
(b) Run the pump for 2 hours
(c) Drain the water and flush the system til clear
water is obtained
(d) Clean the strainers
(e) Alkalinity test
( f )System ready for chemical treatment

Manufacturer recommendation )
- C 501 ( as corrosion inhibitor )
- T 837 as non oxidizing microbiocide
(d) System ready for start up
(e) Clean the strainers

(c) Add the following thru the pot feeder chemical dosing
pump unit :
( as per Manufacturer recommendation )
- C 303 ( as corrosion, scaling inhibitor )
