Application Procedure for Direct Second Year Diploma
(Non-CAP Vacancy Round-4) admissions at VJTI (2024-25)
1. Fill and submit online application form at following Link
upto Friday day 22nd October 2024 till 12:00 pm.

2. Interested candidates must be present in person on Friday


19/10/2024 at 9:00 am in VJTI (Auditorium) for
verification of Original Documents along with
registered mobile for admission procedure.
3. College Fees will be paid by the candidate online
through SBI Collect after Documents verification and
confirmation of admission.

Fees: OPEN/EWS/SEBC ( Below 9.0 Lacs) Rs. 12,959/-


SC (Income Below2.5 Lacs) Rs. 3234/-
SC (Income Above 2.5 Lacs) Rs. 12,959/-
ST Rs. 3234/-
OBC/VJ/NT/SBC (Income Below 1.5 Lacs) Rs. 6,959/-

Please note that all admissions will be done according to


Merit of marks.
Notification for Admissions against Non-Cap Round for
vacant seats of Direct Second Year Diploma admission after
CAP at VJTI. (2024-25)

The Director of the institution shall carry out the admissions


for these seats in the following manner. -

1. Admissions shall be made in a transparent manner and


strictly as per the Inter-Se- Merit of the Candidates
who have applied to Competent Authority (DTE) and
then to the Institution (VJTI).

2. The process of admission will be displayed on the VJTI


website. (www.vjti.ac.in).
3. Institution shall invite applications by notifying schedule
of admission and the number of seats in each course to
be filled by the institution, by advertisement on the
website of the institution.

4. Aspiring Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria as


notified by the Government and specified by the
appropriate authority (DTE), from time to time, shall
apply to the Director of the Institution (VJTI).

5. The institution, after verification of all required


documents, shall display the Inter- Se-Merit lists of
the Candidates to be filled in at the institution level.

6. *If any CAP seat remains or becomes vacant after


the CAP Rounds then the same shall be filled in by
the Candidate from the same Category for which it
was earmarked during the CAP. Further if the seats
remain vacant then the seats shall be filled on the
basis of Inter- Se-Merit of the applicants.

7. OMS candidates are not allowed to participate in


Institute level Round of Govt. and Govt. aided
Institutes.

8. Candidates admitted through Institute level


admissions are not eligible for most of the
scholarships ex. Rajashri Shahu & Dr.
Punjabrao Deshmukh scholarships, since
institute level admissions are non-CAP. (Ref.

Rule No. 13. Admissions in Institutional Quota and vacant
seats after CAP
h) If any CAP seat remains or becomes vacant after the CAP
Rounds then the same shall be filled in by the Candidate from
the same Category for which it was earmarked during the
CAP. Further if the seats remain vacant then the seats shall be
filled on the basis of Inter- Se-Merit of the applicants.

Stages
1. Operate Category to category, eg. OPEN to OPEN, OBC
to OBC, etc.
2. Operate Sub Group Category:
a) OBC/VJ/NT/SBC to OBC/VJ/NT/SBC
b) SC/ST to SC/ST
3. Operate Group Category: OBC/VJ/NT/SBC/SC/ST

4. De-Reserve categories and operate as OPEN General.

At any stage, if VJTI branch change takes place, then find seat
type of newly available vacancy, and operate from Merit No.
1 candidate following above Stages 1 to 4.
