Results of the December 15, 2013 Career Service Examination


for Foreign Service Officer

The results of the December 15, 2013 Career Service Examination for Foreign
Service Officer (CSE-FSO) may now be viewed through the Civil Service Commission
(CSC)
website.
Please visit the Examination webpage or click the link
http://excell.csc.gov.ph/cscweb/exam_results.html for the list of passers.
Passers must personally claim their Certificate of Eligibility (CoE) at the CSC Regional
Office (CSCRO) concerned where they filed their application. Please note that
representatives are not allowed to claim the CoE .
Please bring the following items upon claiming of CoE:
1. Two (2) valid Identification Cards (with name, picture, date of birth and
signature preferably those presented at the time of filing of application);
2. Application receipt, if available; and
3. Two (2) identical photos similar to the picture pasted on the Picture-Seat Plan
(PSP) during the examination.
For further query on schedule, requirements and procedures in claiming of CoE,
passers are advised to coordinate with the CSCRO concerned. They may access the
link http://excell.csc.gov.ph/cscweb/dir_ro.html for the directory of the CSCROs.
Failed examinees, on the other hand, may generate their results using the Online
CSE-FSO Result Generation System. To use this system, the examinee should encode
the following data:

Examinee Number
Date of Examination
Last Name
First Name
Middle Name
Middle Initial
Date of Birth
Verification Code

A successful data submission will produce a copy of the examinees Report of Rating,
on screen, which can be viewed and/or printed for reference.
