VILSERVICE COMMISSION Republic ofthe Philippines Examination Advisory No._ 7S, s. 2025 ADVISORY ALL EXAMINEES OF THE 02 MARCH 2025 CSE-PPT To SUBJECT : Update on the Release of Examination Results Please be advised that the new schedule for the release of passers/eligibles for the 02 March 2025 Career Service Examination, Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT), Professional and SubProfessional levels, will be on 02 May 2025’. Accordingly, the corresponding List of Passers/Eligibles will be posted on the CSC website www.csc.gov.ph. Only the List of Passers/Eligibles posted on the CSC website is official. The CSC cautions the public against accessing postings on any other websites and social media platforms that are not affiliated with, or are engaged in the unauthorized use of the name of, the CSC. 4. Individual Examination Result/Rating Through OCSERGS Examinees, both passed and failed, can generate their individual test result using the Online Civil Service Examination Result Generation System (OCSERGS) by 17 May 20257. Please note that no report of rating shall be mailed to individual examinees. The examinee should encode/fill in the required data in the corresponding data fields under the personal information, and the details of examination (ie., date, type, and place of examination) accurately, following the illustrated/indicated format. To ensure that the enhanced OCSERGS is accessed, use the main, official CSC Website wwww.cse.qov.oh | Quick Links | OCSERGS. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Test results, including the exact values of the ratings, released by the CSC are FINAL AND IRREVERSIBLE. The CSC does not implement re-checking of test results in types of civil service examinations nor does it apply any mathematical rounding of decimal value on test results/ratings. + orginally set on 10 May 2025 per Examination Announcement No. 08 dated 03 October 2024 on the calendar of civil service ‘examinations through pen and paper test for CY 2025. Considering the 218,977 actual number of examinees vis--vis the processing time of test results being calculated at 58 days after the exam for actual numberof examinees upto 200,000 and 2 additional day for every 5,000 in excess of 300,000, the release date of results should be 04 May 2025. Letterhead CoE Passers/Eligibles may request for a CoE printed on CSC official letterhead by 13 June 2025. The letterhead CoE is issued FREE of charge by the concemed CSC Regional/Field Office where the exam was taken. a.1_ Issuance and Claiming of Letterhead CoE Notwithstanding the given date above, passers are strongly advised to verify first if their letterhead CoE is already available for claiming before going to the CSC RegionallField Office, Passers should personally claim their CoE, presenting the following items: ()) LD. card (original) - preferably the same I.D. card presented during the filing of application. In case of loss or unavailability, the examinee must present any of the other accepted I.D. cards for civil service exam (refer to attached list), which is valid, i.e., not expired. (ii) Application receipt and/or CSC Official Receipt (only if available). Note: The CSC Regional/Field Offices may require additional document/s as may be necessary to establish the identity of the passers. .2 Claiming of Letterhead CoE at Conduit CSC RO/FO. In case of passers who have moved to or are based in another region, or in remote areas within the region, they may personally claim their letterhead CoE at the CSC Regional or Field Office (serving as conduit CSC RO/FO) nearest their present place of residence or work. (i) For those who have moved to or are based in another region, a written request, citing reason/s thereof, must be sent to the authorized CSC RO (with jurisdiction over the testing center/venue where they took the examination) to forward their CoE to the conduit CSC Regional/Field Office where they would like to claim the same. (ii) For those in remote areas within the region, a written request must be sent to the CSC RO to forward their CoE to the CSC Field Office where they would like to claim the same. b. Security Paper CoE Apart from the letterhead CoE, passers may also opt to apply for CoE printed on security paper with fee (Note: Applying for security paper CoE has a separate set of requirements and procedures. Please verify with the CSC RO, or secure the requirements from the CSC Website). 5 For purposes of appointment, the proof of eligibility to be submitted may be original copy, authenticated copy, certified true copy, photocopy, scanned copy, or site/screen capture of the eligibility using the Chil Service Eligibility Verification System pursuant to CSC Memorandum Circular No. 03, s. 2023 (Amendment to Section 4of the 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments ‘and Other Human Resource Actions, as amended). ‘Shall include the Digital National 1D. subject to verification using the National ID Check facility through website nts: /everifvov oh/eheck Exam Advisory_Updateon release of 02 March 2025 CSE-PPT rests /Page 2 of 3The security paper CoE and its authenticated copy/ies may be applied for and obtained from any of the 16 CSC ROs nationwide, regardless of the place of examination, also by 13 June 2025.
